Choose an assistant’s advertising accounts
Select which Meta and Google advertising accounts your assistant can read, then review or remove access.

An active owner or admin manages their own AI connections. Confirm the company and the assistant connection you intend to change. Connect the intended advertising accounts in Integrations first; access in Ads manager does not automatically give an assistant access.
Choose advertising accounts
When approving Ads or Reports access, select the exact Meta or Google advertising accounts the assistant may use. Check the provider, account name, and account ID. No accounts are selected for you, and connecting another account later does not automatically add it to this assistant’s access.
For an existing connection, open Settings → AI connections → Manage account access. Review the selected accounts, then choose Save account access. Removing every account removes advertising-data access. Removing an account blocks future access; information already read cannot be recalled.
If you see Review advertising account access, an owner or admin needs to review the connection’s account selection. Your own access in Ads manager does not automatically give an assistant the same access. Reports containing advertising data follow the same account selection; sharing and sending still require separate access and a deliberate decision.
Review and verify your selection
If you see Review advertising account access, advertising data remains unavailable until the account selection has been reviewed. A saved selection does not certify every assistant or reporting action. Verify a small read-only request for the intended account.
- Open Settings → AI connections and find the intended connection.
- Select Manage account access. Check the provider, name, and account ID for each account you select.
- Choose Save account access. Reopen the connection and confirm the saved selection before asking your assistant to read advertising data.
If the account list or save fails
Retry loading the account list before adding access. If saving is uncertain or another person changed the connection, cancel and reopen the connection to inspect the saved selection before trying again. Do not grant unrelated access to clear an error.
