Your workspace and team
Invite teammates, understand their access, and keep ownership clear.
4 min readWho can manage the team?
Team management depends on your role and the actions enabled for your account. Owners and authorized admins manage team access. Some owner actions are reserved to owners, and the final active owner cannot be removed through the team controls.
Roles set a starting point. Your agency may also use permission templates or individual changes, so two people with the same role can have different access.
Invite a teammate
- Open Settings → Team & access in the intended company.
- Enter the teammate’s name and email, then choose the role they need.
- Check the recipient and select Invite member.
- Review the member list and status. Confirm the teammate can sign in to the intended company before assigning important work.
Review access before changing it
Use the member’s role and available permission controls to match their work. Give account connection and team administration actions only to the people responsible for them. Assignment controls in Sales pipeline and Tasks refer to active members in this company.
If a teammate appears unavailable on an existing task, do not guess a replacement. Ask an admin to confirm the member’s status. Saving another field may preserve the existing assignment.
If an invitation or action fails
Confirm the email, current company, and your own team management access. A disabled Invite member control or missing role option may reflect your permissions. Check the saved member list before repeating an invitation, and ask an owner if you cannot resolve the access issue.
